She co-hosts The Elevate Collection Podcast and hosts her own show, Exactly What I Mean. Powered by Compass, she co-leads an all-women group serving athletes and entertainers across Atlanta and Denver, education first, transaction second. Her Sneaker Gala partnerships with NFL clubs, players, and agencies have turned that network into real dollars for at-risk youth.

Kelly Turk is co-host of ElevateDNVR and a Colorado native serving clients across greater Denver and Nashville, with a focus on luxury homes, investment properties, and the athletes and executives who move between markets.

Before real estate, she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in criminal justice from the University of Northern Colorado and served as a Regional Director overseeing operations and compliance for 12 residential treatment centers across four states. That background shapes the disciplined, analytical approach she brings to complex transactions and high-stakes negotiations.

A luxury-certified agent with additional investment certifications, Kelly is passionate about helping clients build and preserve wealth through real estate and about expanding access to homeownership in underserved communities. On ElevateDNVR, launching soon, she'll introduce Denver to the business owners and leaders shaping the city.

A former competitive gymnast and Division I college cheerleader, she still coaches both sports and spends her time off with her son.
